Meet Jodie & Ross
Who are we
We’re Ross and Jodie, husband and wife and founders of Innspired Stays. As a family-run business, we bring a personal touch to everything we do, combining local knowledge with a love of welcoming spaces.
As a local estate agent, Ross brings an in-depth understanding of the area and its property market. His experience helps us understand what matters to landlords, from recognising a property’s potential to knowing it’s being properly cared for.
We started Innspired Stays because we wanted to offer something different: a personal approach, open communication and genuine care for both properties and the people staying in them. For us, it’s about building lasting relationships and taking time to get the details right.

For our guests, that means a clean, comfortable and welcoming place to stay. For our landlords, it means easing the day-to-day demands of letting a property through reliable, hands-on management and treating every home with the same care we would our own.
